You're Hired

Our economy is in bad shape today: recession,  high unemployment rate, and recently, talks about sequestration.  With our current economic state, getting a job can be very challenging.

How does one get ahead in today's competitive job market?  Experience, skills, education, the right  work attitude, good references. You must also know how to market yourself through a well-written and updated resume as well as make a good impression  to your prospective employer at the interview.

Say, you've hurdled that part.  What's next?  Passing the company's pre-employment screening which consist, among others, of background checks and drug-testing.
