Want a Drink?

This morning, I made myself a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. I also had a low carb strawberry flavored drink. When I go food shopping, I always buy fresh fruits like papaya, avocado, melon, strawberry and pineapple. When I am lucky, I am able to find mangoes. I also buy navel oranges. I like my orange juice fresh because they are healthier and taste better.

I am trying to cut down on carbs so I also buy low carb drinks which come in different flavors (chocolate, vanilla, strawberry). Aside from low carb drinks, there are different varieties of weight loss drinks available in the market today. Some of these drinks have fat-burning ingredients and are among the most popular weight reducing aids. Have you tried one?
