Fishing at the Lake

There is a lake behind our backyard where we sometimes see some of our neighbors fishing. Uncle Anthony, who's visiting from NJ, loves to sit out at the lanai and watch the lake. He would always catch a glimpse of a big fish bobbing out of the water, sometimes a turtle, or maybe an iguana, which is in abundance here in Southern Florida.

Yesterday afternoon, he excitedly told us that he saw a large fish; so banabear and I drove to the Walmart Super Store where he bought some fishing materials.

My first time to fish.

Banabear thew back on the lake all the fish he caught.

Wow, sayang naman yung nahuli niya at itinatapon lang niyang pabalik sa lake. If the fish is edible, I think they should be eaten o given to someone who would eat them. Fishes who are caught and thrown back at the lake would have that traumatic experience all of their lives. They would probably not bite a bait again. Nakahuli ka ba nang isda MsRay? Itinapon mo rin ba pabalik sa lake? Oh I really love to go fishing. Fishing and kite flying are two of my passions in life. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.

Thanks for the visit, Mel! I was not able to catch anything. Kinain lang ng fish ang bait pero di kumagat. Matalino sigurong isda. haha!
