Yummy Sunday

Our Weekend Memoirs

On Sunday mornings, my husband and I would hear mass at a nearby Catholic church which is about 10 minutes away from our place. I am not a Catholic but I usually go with him to his church. Yesterday after mass, we had brunch at Panera Bread, our favorite bakery-cafe at Coral Springs.

As usual, I ordered my favorite hand-tossed salad, Asian Sesame Chicken, which is made of all-natural citrus-herb chicken, romaine lettuce, fresh cilantro, sliced almonds, sesame seeds, crispy wonton strips, and Asian sesame vinaigrette.

I also had a slice of fudgy brownie and brewed iced tea.

Now that's the kind of light meal that will suit you well except for the brownie of course. Have you attained your desired weight already or have you already given up the battle of the bulge, lol. Thanks for the post. God bless you always.

@Mel: I lost the weight bet against my hubby. haha! I still have to conquer the battle of the bulge. Haven't given up yet- although the food is hard to resist. haha!
