What Works? What Doesn't Work?

Those who are on a weight-loss mission, like myself, will almost do anything just to attain their desired weight- from diet to exercise, and for others, taking slimming pills or, for those who can afford and are brave enough, surgical procedure.

Proper nutrition and physical activities are proven to be an effective and healthy way to lose those unwanted pounds but it needs discipline, perseverance and patience.

There are plenty of diet supplements available in the market, too, to help one lose weight.    Do they really deliver the desired results?  If, so, how fast ?  How effective ?  And how safe ?  Or are they just a waste of money and a risk to one's health ?

Its a great small post. I bought three time slimming pills. But i coudnt loss my weight. Then i started doing exercise and yoga at home. It works and also money saving.
