The results of my first examination in three of my subjects (Probate Practice, Immigration Law, Legal Assisting) are out and I am happy to share with you the good news: I got a whooping "A" in all three tests.
Aside from getting a perfect score in my Immigration Law test, I also got a perfect grade in our first project. All my preparation paid off because the professor was impressed with my work. In fact, among all the projects submitted, the professor chose to keep mine for use as a sample in his future classes.
I still have one exam left (Domestic Relations) to be taken on Monday and my second exam for Probate Practice is already scheduled next Thursday.
I have always been serious with my studies (although I admit that I have this very bad habit of procrastination). I work hard and always aim for perfection. I finished two semesters in Hawai'i with straight A's earning me a GPA of 4.0 (for which I got a Canon XSi as a reward from banabear). I am starting a new semester in Florida and I hope to maintain my grade. It helps that I enjoy school and find all my subjects interesting. That makes it easier for me to absorb the things I read as well as the discussions in class.
I give God all the glory. I asked for knowledge and wisdom and He faithfully listened to my prayers.
"If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him." James 1:5
