Weekend Memoirs: Hawaii Army Museum

One of the places I visited on my last weekend in Hawaii was the U.S. Army Museum of Hawaii. Housed in a 19th Century Coast Artillery Battery located at Fort DeRussy on Waikiki Beach, the museum tells the military story of Hawaii from the ancient times up to the Vietnam conflict. Each period is displayed in a separate room complete with sound effects creating a real "you were there" experience.

The display is so detailed and I understand when you say "sound effects" because I have been to one. Sometimes it feels so eerie.
P.S. I hope you were able to see the Pastor at the church we talked about.
Wishing you the best of everything.

I love going to Museums even it's kind of eerie but you usually learn a lot of interesting things.

Great photos here. :)
