Roy's Restaurant is one of my top favorite restaurants in Hawai'i; so for my first Yummy Sunday entry, I chose Roy's Classic Blackened Island Ahi with Spicy Soy Mustard Sauce.(Roy's Restaurant, Ko Olina Resort)

We have a Roy's here in Pasadena, but I would need to save for about a month to be able to eat there!
