Yummy Sunday: Proudly Pinoy

Fried dried fish

Gourmet Tuyo (boneless fillets of dried salted herring in virgin olive oil)
Fresh tomatoes
Sili (chili pepper) in vinegar
Brown rice
Iced cold tea
= a feast for this transplanted Pinay.

Both the Gourmet Tuyo (made in Negros Occidental) and the dried fish were sent from Bacolod.
