Obesity

Unemployment is not the only growing problem in the U.S. today.  Obesity is another problem that affects approximately sixty million people in the U.S.  According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, obesity in adults has increased by 60% within the past 20 years while that in children has tripled in the past 30 years.   Immediate causes are poor diet and lack of exercise.  With the proliferation of tv dinners, pre-cooked meals and  fast food centers serving high calorie, high-fat and high carb meals, as well as the lack of physical activities,  it is not a surprise to know that Americans have become one of the unhealthiest people in the world.

People here are obsessed about losing weight.  No wonder reality tv shows like "The Biggest Loser" have become very popular.  So with weight loss programs, exercises and pills, all claiming to make  the user lose weight.

If you are looking for a pill to help you with your weight problem, remember the principle of "caveat emptor" - let the buyer beware.  Before deciding on a purchase, it is a must to research about the product.  Look for customer and medical reviews on diet pills that really work.
