For several months now, I've been telling myself that I need to lose weight but I still keep stuffing myself with carb laden goodies. My love for food, especially the ones rich in carbohydrates which wrecks havoc to my body weight, is so immense that I always seem to find a thousand alibis to either postpone or break my Atkins diet.
