E is for Exercise. Physical activities not only improve the health of your body but also your mind and spirit. As much as possible, we should spend 45-60 minutes of daily aerobic exercise.
W is for Water. Drink 6-8 glasses of water daily. It'll keep you well hydrated and keep the toxins out.
S is for Sunshine. Exposure to early morning or late afternoon sunlight gives us energy.
T is for Temperance. Avoiding harmful substances like cigarettes and alcohol, and using in moderation those which are good for our body.
A is for Air. Clean, fresh air is very important to our existence. We should get regular outdoor recreation.
R is for Rest. "Early to bed and early to rise" is the key to good health, as well as balancing hard work with enough time for relaxation.
T is for Trust in God. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not unto your own understand. In all your ways, acknowledge Him, and He shall make your paths straight."
