Woman's Face

According to a Harvard University research, the face of a beautiful woman is like chocolate or cash to a young man's brain. Since the face is usually the first thing people notice in a woman, care is taken so that our face will retain its youthful glow and be blemish-free.

Acne problems are partly hereditary; nevertheless, we must develop good facial care habits to protect our skin. Our diet must be free from large amounts of sugar, carbohydrates and iodine. We should also maintain a clean face by washing it with oil-free or non-irritating products. As much as possible, we should get enough sleep and avoid stress. However, even the woman with the best facial care habits can still develop acne problems. When that happens, the right acne treatment must be sought.

"Like anyone else, there are days I feel beautiful
and days I don't,
and when I don't,
I do something about it."

- Cheryl Tiegs
