Fish Sinigang - Filipino Sour Broth Soup

I was able to cook my very first fish sinigang "with a little help from my friends" via the YIM. Thanks to Pinky in Virginia and Edgar in New Zealand.

My sinigang dish was very simple. For my fish, I chose trout which I discovered, has a very delicious flavor.

I don't have a specific measurement for my ingredients. I adjust according to the number of persons I am serving the dish.

Ingredients:
Trout -cut into chunks
Sliced onions
Medium tomatoes, cut into chunks
Ginger
Knorr Sinigang (Tamarind) Mix
Dash of salt
Cabbage
One large chili pepper
